Our Solution

System Design and Installation

Eneraque delivered a turnkey solution, managing the entire process from design to commissioning. The 720kVA diesel generator and fuel system were designed to meet the specific needs of the civic centre, with careful consideration for power demands and space constraints. The system was installed efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to the site.

Out-of-Hours Commissioning

To avoid interrupting the site’s operations, Eneraque’s commissioning team worked out of hours to test the system. This proactive approach ensured the site remained fully operational during the testing phase, and the backup system was verified without causing any disruptions.

End-User Training

At the project’s conclusion, Eneraque’s team conducted a thorough training session for the client’s personnel. The training covered the operation and maintenance of the backup power system, ensuring the client’s team was fully equipped to manage the system moving forward.

Key Highlights

Seamless Commissioning and Client Handover

Eneraque ensured the generator system was fully installed and tested before the official handover to the client. The commissioning team’s flexibility in working out of hours meant the site’s power supply was not impacted during the testing phase.

Managing Budget and Design Changes

Although there were cost increases due to design changes during the project, Eneraque successfully managed to stay within the budget while maintaining a final gross profit margin of 11%. This adaptability ensured the project’s financial targets were still met, despite the unforeseen changes.

Client Satisfaction

The client particularly appreciated the end-user training session provided by Eneraque, which reinforced the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction and ongoing support.

Conclusion

Eneraque’s expertise in designing, installing, and commissioning backup power systems was clearly demonstrated in the Liverpool Civic Centre project. The centre now benefits from a reliable backup power system, ensuring uninterrupted operations during outages. The successful execution of the project highlights Eneraque’s ability to deliver high-quality solutions, stay on schedule, and meet budgetary goals while supporting our client’s energy goals.
