Project overview
Eneraque was contracted to supply, install, commission and provide on-going support for a 2200kVA Standby Diesel Generator in an acoustic enclosure to accommodate the needs of the Burpengary East STP upgrade to suit the growing population.
Our involvement
Eneraque designed a backup diesel generator to meet the requirements of the specification, which included a custom built acoustic enclosure and large 5000L fuel tank located in the base frame of the generator. Eneraque also re-commissioned an existing bulk fuel tank and provided an automatic fuel transfer system to increase the run-time of the generator.
Our approach
All design work was completed in-house, providing flexibility and transparency to the client over the course of the project. Manufacturing, assembly and factory testing was all completed in Brisbane workshop, allowing the opportunity for client inspections and witness testing.
Outcome and benefits
The project featured short product lead-times, specification compliance, and project transparency. At completion of this project our client was left with an optimized, high quality and easy to use standby power system.
