Project overview
Eneraque was requested to provide pricing for a 165kva standby diesel generator in an acoustic enclosure, to be installed at both Bellingen and Urunga STP’s. Also required were 3 x trailer mounted generators, that were able to be deployed during a blackout to provide emergency power at any of the Councils many pump stations throughout the region.

Client need
Emergency backup power to maintain STP operation and mobile units to be able to plug in to any remote pump station that required backup power.
Our approach
Eneraque attended both STP sites, to measure the current draw and required motor starting capacity of each generator. Recommendations were then made to Council, on suggested generator sizing.
Our solution
Eneraque supplied backup diesel generators to meet the requirements of the specification, which included heavy duty trailers for the transportable generators. All trailers were supplied with plug in leads and storage boxes, ADR compliant and meeting the maximum towing capacity requirements of Councils vehicles.
