Eneraque's response to COVID-19

Eneraque’s response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic

Eneraque continues to take all necessary action in managing its processes during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Our staff, customers’ and suppliers’ health, as well as the health of the greater community are at the forefront of our mind during these times of unpredictability.

At Eneraque, we recognise the role we play in your relationships and your lives. The health and well-being of our employees and our customers are our top priority. As the situation around coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, I want to take a moment and share an update.”

– Stuart Pringle, Director

Taking into consideration the current global situation, we would like to provide reassurance that we continue to take heightened measures in relation to the health and safety of employees and all other stakeholders, as well as continuing to provide excellent service to our customers.

Customers

Eneraque prides itself on its high level of agility when providing great service and support for our customers.

Business as usual – We will endeavour to operate with as little interruption as possible, with health and safety at the front of mind.

Face-to-face meetings – In the best interest of our employees’ and customers’ health, as well as the greater community, all face-to-face meetings will be conducted via an online platform suited to each client. This is in an effort to reduce the likelihood of the virus spreading.

Employees and Greater Community

The team behind the Eneraque brand are the heart and soul of our operation. Therefore, the health and safety of our employees is of utmost importance to us. Our actions include, but are not limited to:

Travel limitations – we have placed a temporary limitation on non-essential travel for employees, with all scheduled meetings being conducted via virtual platforms (as mentioned before). This reduces the likelihood of potential exposure to the virus in densely populated areas, as well as mitigates the risk of unintentional transmission to our valued clients.

Office hygiene – In the midst of the virus condition, office cleaning has been raised to hospital-grade disinfection standards.

Employee hygiene – We have deployed a range of sanitary products such as hand sanitiser and antibacterial wipes for employees to utilise, as well as provided clear guidance as to the behaviour of our employees (Avoiding close contact such as hand shakes, correct coughing/sneezing etiquette, correct handwashing technique etc.). Further to this, processes have been implemented in the event an employee begins to feel ill.

Education – Distribution of accurate information is key when raising awareness in the workplace. Regular distribution of official information maintains the level of concern, without causing unwarranted panic (Stay updated by the Australian Department of Health)

Flexible working arrangements – We understand that staff have commitments elsewhere and can accommodate those who require remote working capability due to self-isolation or dependent etc. This comes as a result of our technical and operational agility.

Support – At Eneraque, we endeavour to create an open, trust-based work environment where employees can freely express how they are feeling both physically and emotionally.

We cannot shy away from the fact that Eneraque still has a job to do, even during this period of uncertainty. With health and safety considered, we take the opportunity to innovate our systems and processes to work around the limitations created by Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Rest assured, Eneraque will be here to service all of your power generation, lighting, pumping and gas management needs when you need it the most.
