Are you a proactive and organised leader ready to guide our project team to success? We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who thrives on delivering strategic, design-driven projects. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing turnkey projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and on budget.

As a Project Manager, you’ll need a deep understanding of electrical design, manufacturing processes, and commissioning. You’ll work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, overseeing every stage of project delivery, from planning and implementation to site installation and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead turnkey projects from concept to completion, ensuring high performance across safety, cost, and time.
• Drive projects through the phases of Definition, Planning, Implementation, and Communications while managing the associated steps in each phase.
• Maintain or increase project profitability from handover to completion.
• Review contracts and ensure compliance with key milestones.
• Ensure safety is the highest priority, delivering projects with zero incidents.
• Manage complex projects involving mechanical, electrical, process, automation and control, site services, and commissioning.
• Promote a high-performance, client-centric culture and represent Eneraque’s image with professionalism.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including site visits for client meetings, pre-tender reviews, and commissioning.

About You:

This is an exciting, hands-on opportunity for an experienced professional to excel in a dynamic environment. You will have:

• A degree in Project Management or relevant discipline.
• Project Management accreditation or equivalent experience with a proven record of managing external clients, suppliers, and multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
• 10+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within Oil & Gas or Construction sectors.
• Experience with construction supervision and in-depth knowledge of Australian and New Zealand regulations and standards.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A client-focused mindset, driving solutions that exceed expectations.
