Exhaust gas emissions are kept within the strictest regulations, achieved through combustion temperatures exceeding 1000°C and a residence time of over 0.3 seconds. Once the start command is issued and the required pressure is reached, the Eneraque industrial gas flare is activated.

The ignition process is fully automated, managed by an automatic ignition device and controlled by a burner control unit, which monitors the flame and regulates combustion through optimised air supply. All control functions are housed in a weatherproof control cabinet, pre-wired for easy connection.
